Not sure about this , yes he helped us in our great season, but not really anything since.
Thought on tues he was dreadful.
Seems a bit pointless for him and club.

Do you know what irks me. The fact that on a forum, people seem to think it's not ok to question players performance, club decisions or the manager's ability to do the job. What do you think a forum is for????
We all respect and love Ulloa for his part in our title victory and despite his naughty public outburst last year, the fans stayed with him. He stated his appreciation of this in a recent interview.
But that doesn't mean to so we can't question whether he's good enough now, in our current system.
He's not. Neither is King. They are decent back up and good squad players. I don't mind Ulloa or this deal. He is a different type of player and a good plan B. He should never be plan A though.
But I guess we should all just worship him as a god because he played a supporting role in our title victory.

Mersey your predudice against Slim shines through ulloa and him played in the same match Slim scored two and was wrongly denied a hat trick show great skill and Ulloa did what run around and look useful a Championship player at Best.

Of course Nev. because you would never ever have a grudge or bias view of a player would you?
Difference between Slim and Ulloa? One makes 10+1=12 and a title.
The other takes away. I only want players that make the team better. So does Shakespeare. I'm not a Slimani fan - I'm not trying to hide that. But it's not his skill or ability I have a problem. He is amuch better striker than Ulloa.
Funny how we're a poorer team when he's in it though.

Surely judgements on here are all just opinions (perhaps some more reasoned than others) but all the same, 'reflective' opinions - how is it prejudice!?

RonaldVilliers - I do see in places that some of our fans can be strangely dismissive of some players who achieved our greatest ever award in the game. Just as some were dismissive of the manager's part in it as well. I do think however that Ulloa's actions last season when he essentially announced he was going on strike because Ranieri wouldn't let him leave to what was at the time a relegation rival has left a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth for some fans.
Plus, we're talking here about a player who has complained in the past about lack of game time - and wanted to leave because of it - signing a new contract despite being fifth choice striker. It is a bit odd looking at it from a practical point of view.

Great skill!

TB - It was great skill to round the keeper and score. Although it was also great skill from King to play a perfect through ball for him. So I'll accept that from Nev as long as he accepts that King showed great skill as well.

I'll definitely give you King, a quality pass, the rat was just bread and butter for any striker.
I loved the skill for his second, beating the keeper by miss kicking it.
