I wanted this signing a year ago. And I think he wanted us too. Some people have slated his distribution (granted on Twitter) and some have pre-judged him based on youtube. But I actually have been pleased with him so far.
I think he’s been quite good and for me can only get better.
Regarding the players we’ve bought in so far? Happy with all our players brought in.
I just think we need more depth.
And for Spurs fans, who keep thinking this backs up their belief that we completely agree with them about last season’s “No Europe Advantage" Cue the man falling off a cliff impression…….

If we were kicked out of Europe tomorrow, for I dunno, because the head of UEFA decided that the colour of our shirts didn’t go with his eyes, I would still say we lack depth, I’d still want more players than what we have now and what we had last season, because our rivals have all strengthened.

Hasn't been at his best this season. Keeps running out of defence to win the ball of an attacker and gets left for dead. Also his mistake nearly cost us a goal yesterday when he gave the ball away leading to that chance Ramirez had in the 2nd half.

Very few and far between. Did lunge forward a few times against spurs though. Still ever reliable and is willing to go forward. Hence moratas goal

Nick I agree he is our best defender and probably our best crosser. Just needs to relax a bit, has been running out of defence like Luiz.

Yeah, agree with you Nick. Azpi offers attacking attacking threat as well, most of the attack would start with Azpi tbf, he does get caught out, because he is willing to go forward. That intercepted pass yesterday nearly cost us, but he more than made up for it throughout the game

Rüdiger lunged up the wing to in second half not a bad dribbler for a defender beat a couple of players.

Rudiger, was probably our best defender yesterday but was easily our worst against Spurs. His long passing is very good but his short passing is a bit iffy. I think he'll rely on his pace to get him out of sticky situations. Too early to judge tbf.

He just looks awkward on the ball at times hence comparisons to zoom.
But like I said we're pretty damn good when it comes to defenders, the odd Ben haim aside.

The squad is good , but undoubtably we need to strengthen , top four is within our ability.
Both Manchester clubs are going to consistent , we can match that, but I fear our rivals have more goals in them.
Liverpool will be dangerous if they can stay consistent .
Afc & Toytenham will be the outsiders over Everton Imo.
Interesting last three days in this window coming up, I hope we will be pleasantly surprised .
Got a feeling Mons will be right right about Lorrente , but if thats what the manager whats then so be it.

Worried about city. Two lucky late goes earning them 4 points. They sort out their missed chances and get through this dodgy period and they could go on a very big run.
