The club today is valued in the region of 1,5 billion pounds.
He would get his money back if he sold it tomorrow.
CPO , Chelsea pitch owners own the ground and structures on it , the club lease it for a nominal fee per season.
The stadium expansion will cost 500m.
So who is going to pay for it ?
Roman,
CPO,
or the CLUB.
I think the answer will go along way to explaining our current transfer strategy Imo.
