Lots of new players for us and an international break to halt the momentum Leeds have.
I feel a bit nervous at the moment as the league seems tougher this year.
I keep telling myself that the fixture list has been extremely unkind to us and that is a fact.
1) At home to a promotion favourite.
2) Away at a relegated Premier League side.
3) Away at a relegated Premier League side.
4) Blues at home.
5) At home to a perennial play off side.
And now this one, away at a side who are expected to be there or thereabouts. I am tempted to go for a 0-0 draw with this. I will return to it later I think and see if my natural football pessimism kicks in nearer to the game.

I have been robbed today of £37.50 to watch the match. I should count myself lucky, it is £42 on the gate. I don't think anyone could present a compelling argument for that being acceptable. Then again, whilst there are mugs like me willing to pay it...
I think we will park the big yellow bus but lose 1-0.

Cannot see Leeds having another 0-0 at home so will go for an optimistic 1-1
Otep - finally updated my player count to the end of last season. I make it 149. That includes league, play-offs, league cup,f a cup and Johnston's paint or whatever they call it. (Though would probably disregard now if ever we are obliged to participate) how does that sound?

Yes I know it's more likely Leeds will win, but let's hope Albion rise to the occasion and our new players show us they really do want to be a Brewer.

Cheers Steve. The news is not good though as I have it at 156.
On the plus side I have listed them in a spreadsheet and alphabetically too. Shall I list them on here in a separate thread to compare and contrast midweek when there is no football going on? Might be a good thread to chat about the good, the bad and the ugly.
