'PC Engine' on PSP?

Before i even waste my time adding any games i'd usually use DOS for. Is PC Engine for playing PC games?

I know you will probs state the clue is in the name. But the developer was ZX81 which to me implies Spectrum games

I really want to add SWOS to the memory card on my PSP, but just checking with better people, if there's any point?

I can play SWOS via Dosbox on my Android phone, but i just wanna protect the battery life on my phone.
