A sub plot to Oumar Niasse's performance in his brace winning goals is how he has been treated by Everton at the hands of Ronald Koeman over the last two years.
Ironically, Niasse's goals and the win could have saved Koeman's job or at the very least reduced the pressure on Koeman as Everton's poor resent form after much was expected as a result of the spending spree during the last transfer window. It was Koeman who deliberately froze Niasse out of the team, not giving Niasse a squad number, forcing him to play with the under 23s, taking away his personal locker at the club and told him at one point to find another club. This was despite the fact that Koeman failed to sign a striker during the transfer window.
I am not saying that Niasse will be the answer to Everton's striking problems but this saga does show flagrant mis-management by Koeman.
Ronald Koeman vs Oumar Niasse = Awkward

Niasse needs to leave in Jan transfer to a club and a manager that appreciates talent!
