Jack Wilshere was at Bournemouth the whole season and didn't do jack. Forgive me but am going to be harsh, we must sell Wilshere he doesn't add any value to the team and will always be injured.
I think young English players i.e. Alli, Kane, Sterling etc are over hyped by desperate local media and they end up underachievers at International level just like Rooney, Lamps and Gerard. Wilshere was once compared to Xavi and now look at him on and off the pitch he can't do anything well, I hope he makes but like Ox, Walcott and the lot including Ramsey, Holding, Chambers etc I think that train was long departed.
I have no faith in our English players one can easily see the difference William, Sane, Hazard, Erickson, Jesus, Coutinho, Firminho, Lukaku, Morata have in their locker and we feel short changed big time, I say drop this English hype go get in French and Spanish market for next Fabregas, Morata.
It's time we go abroad for talents

OP in this article comes across like an spoilt petulant five year old.
In this ill thought out article you put forward the point that we need to "go abroad for talent". There have been many British duds that have played for Arsenal however, I can also name just as many foreigners that we have signed but have not lived up to the reputation. You have to also remember that it is unfair to pit our players against foreigners but ultimately you are pitting them with the best in the rest of the world.
Your next mistake is a consequence of your first. The British media over hypes British players and then they love to slaughter them. You did the same by comparing him with some of the greats in world football and then insinuating that he is rubbish.
Yes Wilshere has had more than his fair share of injuries but he still is an impressive talent.

Ramsey been one of our best players already this season bar the Liverpool game. Since we moved to 3 at the back he's been playing very well for us.
I'm not Jack biggest fan but he's better than Elneny, Coq and maybe Xhaka going by his current dross of form.
Oxlade I was never impressed with, countless chances in all position and just didn't deliver. His best position was rwb ffs and him playing meant Bellerin on the left with Kola either on the bench or CB.

+1 just going to comment with something similar. I like the mix of higher and lower level banter on JA606.

Thanks for your point appreciate and respect your mature non abusing criticism unlike some immature ignorant fools around here they know themselves.
However, I still think Wilshere is not the answer to our midfield and watching how David Silva was running rings round Chelsea shows how far Pep has transformed City while our manager is still in the 90s tactically no wonder Alexis wants out.

What Jack Wilshere needs is a new contract - yes his injuries make him a bit of a punt but the idea that anybody believes that Arsenal can beat other clubs to another player that comes on the market of his quality means they’re living in la-la land.
