So I was doing a bit reading up on the company which owns and controls our club - ENIC - and it came to my attention that Daniel Levy in fact only owns 29.4% of the company whilst the rest of the shares belong to a fella called Joe Lewis. Don't get me wrong 29.4% is a hell of a lot for such a profitable organisation and will give him plenty of power, influence and of course cash but I have always assumed that Daniel Levy was the majority shareholder of the company as he has always appeared to be the face of the corporate side of the club ever since ENIC took over.
I have heard tons about Daniel Levy whilst very little about Joe Lewis, so my question to fans who may know a bit more about the runnings of the club is what does the other senior shareholder of the club - Joe Lewis - do for the club?
It's more out of curiosity than anything else.

Joe Lewis may be a billionaire sitting in the Bahamas, and he may get hit by a hurricane this year - I hope so - but he doesn't throw his money about. Keeps tight wad Levy on a short string.

I believe he is also godfather to Daniel Levy, or linked in some family way.
