Not that I want this to happen ever, but considering he's coached 11 out of the last 28 England debutants since he came to this country you can't deny the massive influence he's already had on the national team!
Poch.
Pochettino For England Manager?

I wouldn't have thought the England manager position would have any interest to Pochettino at all personally.

1. I don't think he'd want the job.
2. His tactics rely on the players being in shape and can be quite complex - his team just wouldn't have enough time with the players to make a difference

Being an international coach isn't the same as a club manager. You get less time and, unless your team already has a style of play, you have to find something that works and quickly. As we can see with England, the players play well for their clubs but don't seem to carry this over to England.
And while the so called Golden Generation failed to live up to its promise, the teams since have been abysmal. This could be for. A variety of reasons, such as not being used to style of play, lacking footballing intelligence, a lack of options of the type of player needed to make a system work, etc.
I think poch is a manager that needs time with his players. We do have half the starting 11 that are from Tottenham, but I don't think we have players that can fill in some of the other functions in the current Tottenham side from English players available. This would mean he'd have to change the way he would like to play and take time for the players to adjust.

You'd have to say that if anyone was going to get something out of England it would be Poch. Would never want him to take it over Spurs though. He's better than England.

Pochettino may eventually decide to manage at the international level, in which case it would be Argentina.
