Have we seen enough?

With Man City, Chelsea and Spurs amongst our next 4 fixtures, things are looking increasingly precarious for Pulis.

I still don't think we'll get relegated with him in charge but surely his days are looking numbered given the lack of goals.

We've now gone 21 games with a return of 3 victories. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that playing with 3 defensive midfielders doesn't really help.

Pulis has been backed healthily in the transfer market too. That excuse doesn't wash.

Is it just me or is the tide turning? Of course, favourable results in the next few matches will give a rosier glow but I simply can't see anything apart from more ultra defensive tactics over the coming weeks.

Not happy!

The trouble with bringing in a promising newcomer to the premier league, is that there will be absolutely no learning curve for him. He has to hit the ground running. I accept that Pulis is probably one bad result away from a sacking. I just hope he can turn it around. The only alternative I would really trust is Allardyce. However I don't think he'd come.

Alouion,as you know, I've never been in favour of Pulis ever since his name was first muted. We are the carbon copy of what Pulis turned Sjoke into - boring pure defensive football that stifles skill and ambition the players may hold.

Statistically, his record is worse than RdM, Hodgson and Steve Clarke and only better than Pepe Mel and Irvine.

For me, he should never have been appointed and should be booted out yesterday. In over 50 years supporting West Brom, I can't think of a single person who has divided our club as much as this anti-football dinosaur.

Baggieman,

I agree it’s best if he leaves now and it’s not working at present....but ‘he should never have been sppointed’?

What a load of balls. TP took over a pess poor squad that was nose diving right into the Chump under Irvine. He stabilised us and got us in to the top half of the PL. We now have a good squad and thinks must change or TP will leave...and rightly so! To say he should never have been appointed here, however, is a joke!

Hiya JH... how ya doin’ buddy?
Can you just explain a couple of things please.
1) what does ‘pess poor’ mean
2) what does ‘thinks must change’ mean
3) was Pulis the only person on the planet who would have saved us from relegation?

Look forward to hearing your explanations

Hi JH and Baggieman. I still hold out hope that Pulis will fix this slump in form.
I will be disappointed if we have to return to the "one manager every 15 months" routine like many of the other PL clubs.
An unlikely victory over Man City and it's all change.

Hey Al... how you doin’ ?
I do hope you are right but I fear we will be in the bottom three by end of next month. Don’t think we will do a Sjoke and have seven put past us but possibly two or three,

Fortunately, I am at a Golden Wedding anniversary tomorrow and thus miss the game and possible torture of seeing us getting a real whuppin’

Hey ho, c’est la vie
