Just heard the Club aren’t happy with FIFA as they have apparently blocked our move to get an expedited appeal through CAS over the Silva transfer.
Anyone else heard?
Silva debacle continues with FIFA

In practice, an organisation cannot block any court submission; the whole point of said legal system is to provide opportunity for anyone to challenge anything if they do wish.
What FIFA have done is provide no support with regard to an expedition.
As mentioned by the club, this means - whilst FIFA could do FA (punny) about us arranging a hearing through the courts - they can provide enough of delay to gather together evidence and support for their own case that in reality, it would not go to court for, I would imagine 6 months - a year.
What does it mean? - appeal or no appeal, the soonest he would be available to play is January.
What does it also mean? - FIFA believe in their own stance and internal ‘objective commitee’ that little that they are willing to delay this case for as long as possible. But this is a corrupt, racist and immoral organisation we are talking about.

We should appeal it for lost revenue and image rights no matter what. FIFA need to be held to account for what I clearly unnaceptable double standards.

It seems like the last chance is Silva appealing now but yes, I'd proceed with CAS even if it's too late, if they found in our favour it would open the door to all sorts of litigation from us and the Player.
