Thats a good point.
You look at the cost of their squad, and the lack of quality in it, especially midfield, and you would have to assume they have been made to pay well over the odds for their players based on the name of their club, rather than the inherent value of those players.

But lukaku is a better striker. That doesn’t say much for morata. He’s not that good.

Morata has been superb this season for Chelsea and yesterday he scored his best goal for Chelsea.

We'll judge in a couple of years.

Morata is adjusting to the Prem, been injured and has better strike rate than Lukaku this season.
