Flashing lights

When I get on the Arsenal Board I am seeing flashing lights, in different colours, this is not happening on other boards, is anyone else encountering the same issues?

I suspect it was fireworks,reflected in the screen?
Either that or the dazzling genius that is the Arsenal board. We are the best,which is why so many ne'er-do-well's camp out here for weeks on end,hoping to feast on the crumbs from our heavily laden table.

I’ve been getting some scam Google promo pop up quite often using this site on iPhone or iPad.
