Really interesting story on how a club has been turned around by getting the right ethos throughout the club and re-establishing the links with the community.
Is this something the bigger clubs could learn from? Even if it was for the academy players?

Read this the other day, great story. Hope their success continues, however football in the prem sold its soul some time ago now.

Thanks for that RoM - a good read and a fascinating, almost surreal fairytale story.
There's definitely a huge amount more the big clubs in England could do with the community. These financial behemoths now seen so far removed from the people - the families - whose support built them.
Great ethos, great attitude, great belief, great results. I'll definitely be following their progress in the EL now.
