I'm doing well thanks, getting ready to start a new job so the nerves are predictably jangling but other than that I'm doing good. I hope things are going well for you though in a footballing sense I know that isn't possible.

I think Rangers need to push the boat out on the manager. Yes, I know that their funds are limited but you just have to look at the way Rodgers has squeezed value out of players that were part of the debacle at Hampden in 2015.
