That is sad for AW.
With JM being in such poor form i thought that AW just needed a chance to stake a claim for a place and he could come in and do a decent job for the team.
He got some stick for an alleged bad season in L2 but in reality he scored 11 goals in just 25 starts which i reckon is pretty good.
This season when he has managed to get on the pitch he has looked more likely to score than Marquis.

It seems plain that the current playing strength (which excludes injured players obviously) could not match Wigan and despite my earlier ironic comments we do struggle against the better teams, but maybe not always for the same reasons. "Learning lessons" may bring improvement, but not a complete cure.

Lawlor annoys me as does Kongolo who does not use his obvious skills sufficiently positively. Marosi has had a bad deal and will be off to shine for some other club if he is not allowed to compete fairly for the goalkeeping job.

The bottom clubs are catching up on us now and even one further loss could see us in the relegation zone.

I think it very sad for DFto say he was planning to change things up front this week wen he now has very little options.

I said in comments several weeks sgo i gave df till the end if November the week prior to FA cup weekend to sort it out. So for me if its a bad weekend its a truthful thank you and adios
