The "N" term IS a racial slur, it was invented as one and like you said if I said it it is considered a racial slur. thinking that any race is superior over another is incorrect and a racial slur on every other race. You cannot dispute that, its 100% factually correct

also the word Gay has changed meaning somewhat.... it used to mean 'Happy', now means homosexual

society adapts and changed meanings and acceptability of words...

I concede that the N word cannot be used by a white guy to black guy, its just not appropriate - which kind of backs up your point (like I said there are rules) - but the word is not used primarily as a racist term.

I bet I hear that word 50 times during a training session, not once has it been used a racist slur...

I bet I hear it another 50 times in the car when I've got my Jay-Z CD on... not once is it used as a racist term.

the fact that you say white people cannot use a word indicates it does have racial connotations tied to it. There should not be certain words that one race can use and the other cant. Dont get me wrong I am not ignorant to the situations you have brought up. But the very fact you concede certain races cannot use certain words does mean that the word carries a racial agenda sadly.

As I said this isnt to do with that term. It is to do with what AJ said and believes, and until he comes out and explains himself and his comments then we have to take them at face value. He believes that black people are better than any others.

anyway Spanish, I gotta go (finished work) thanks for the debate. And I do take your points on board, I didnt just dismiss them, we all have different experiences in life. I stick by what I say. But cheers for keeping it respectful despite having a different opinion. (i go on a lot of boxing sites and like you have spent a few years in the gym) and believe me they "discussions" like this rarely stay civil !!

I honestly don't think he thinks that at all, again its the way they speak to each other.... there are levels of blackness which I've explained above, its not at all racist towards each other, nor to white people. however it is an insult... but has nothing to do with race, or colour.
