I am still old school have a big pot filled with beef dripping that I use for anything I want to fry and I strain it after every use and top it up, it does only get used on the grill outside because of the smell, as I hate people and hooses that smell like a chippy
The wife keeps going on about these air fryers, I am skeptical!
