I feel bad picking him out as we clearly have bigger problems elsewhere. And let me just say, in open play his link up is tidy, on the rare occasions we see it.
But he has been missing many chances. It's not just today, there's been other games this season where I've thought the same. It's kind of what we spent 50M smackeroos on him for?
Maybe it's just a bad spell, but I hope the lad can sort himself out.

We lost points, vital points on poor ref decisions. How is that not important of the outcome of the season.
Should we take that and say nothing about it? At the end of the season people judge us purely on the table. And that doesnt feel right.
