I wondered about De Bruyne but I guess 'International Status', one of the measures, is a combination of football and marketability or put simply cash. Love him or hate him Dele is a bit more marketable than Kevin.

Toby is a better CB beyond any shadow of doubt! He's won 3 Dutch League titles with Ajax and La Liga with Atletico Madrid, he's one of the main reasons why we finished above City for last two seasons! The majority of English football fans will rate Toby more highly than Stones!

Don't kid yourself, the Dutch league counts for very little nowadays and he was only a bit part player for Atlético.
