Life Without Alexis

All iv seen recently is Articles everywhere asking how we're gonna cope without Alexis, they talk about how keeping him was a gamble worth taking ?(mostly) and how are we gonna finish in the top 4 without him, yet none of these mention the amount of times this guy gives the ball away in a game, nor do they mention that all he ever does is either play it to Ozil and Back or try do it all himself. we didnt finish in the top 4 with him last season, so we werent gonna do it this one. Hes greedy and has spent far too long making this team about himself. yes hes a great player on his day and can change a game in an instant, but ALL our play goes through him, which is why we struggle when he isnt playing, and why Laca is struggling at the moment. The sooner he goes the better for us.

Not an AKB, but Wenger is the least of our problems, our problems start at the Very Top. Maybe I was a little Harsh and yes, on his day he's one of the best players in the league, but he tries to do it all himself or just with Ozil, and therein lies our problem, when he isn't playing we see how useless our team is without him as he usually does it all. Not bitter at all, if I was Sanchez I'd leave the club and wouldn't you? I'm just saying life after Alexis may look up as our players will have to play without him and learn to play better as a team.

I won't miss the stupid lob into the box that he always does. I will miss his numbers though, especially if he's not adequately replaced.

I was pleased when we kept him in the summer on the small chance we could convince him to sign a new deal but as that clearly won't happen better just to sell him now and move on.

Could have stood a chance of keeping him if the club bought some more players in the summer. Could have potentially been comfortable top 4 by now this season. Then There would be a chance he’d have signed another deal. But yet again it’s this clubs sheer lack of ambition that drives our best players away. You’d expect a big investment last summer to ensure to regain top 4 again. So To any top player, it just looks like the club is happy to stay where it is and not push on

Stupid not to take 60mil for him last summer. Stupid.

Exactly the way I see it as well now especially since United are interested we maybe get a decent deal for him as well. But I would lie if I wouldnt say that I when he leaves.

Got to sell him now really. We’re basically fecked for top 4 either way. Club will look stupid (unless we get a great deal), but he’s not playing to his top level here, and he’s not going to fire us to top 4. Best move for us now would be to sell up, and reinvest in best quality we can. Never know, with right additions and attitude in the squad it could be enough to sneak us into top 4. Unlikey, but the squad as it is has no chance of top 4. Couple of good additions and freeing ourselves of the Sanchez saga could reinvigorate us a bit. I just don’t trust the club to get it right though

Arsenals problems go beyond losing Sanchez.

Come the summer you'll lose Ozil and Wilshere and Walcott and the lanky German. Cech isnt getting any younger, neither is Koscielny. Giroud will probably be off.

Lacazette is hit and miss, there is a lot of bog average players in the CM and the defence. Only Bellerin has any real quality at the back and little of the youth looks either good enough or ready.

Squad will need serious surgery come the summer but Will the Board spend big? Will Wenger be there? Is there a quality new Manager out there? all this and the Top 4 looks like a distant hope too.
