Have read a few articles/explanations and still not 100 percent so thought I’d throw it out there.....with Arsenal and Man City in the final of the league cup, does this mean if a top 6 team wins the FA CUP, 7th will be Europa ?

That would be the best way Cheesey.
Then we wouldnt have to worry whether 7th was good
enough for Europa or not and just say 7th is the best of the rest.
