Don’t think the games against teams fighting to avoid relegation would be the easiest of games as the season moves on. Games against teams like Ipswich who won’t go up or go down become the easier ones. Important thing is that we just keep the average above 2 points a game. No other club in the division will match that and if we can have a good February then we will be close to the finishing line before coming under any pressure to get over the line in the final weeks of the season

A couple of high-scoring wins wouldn't go amiss. Yes, a 1-0 is still 3 points, but an occasional comprehensive thrashing brings its own pleasure.

12 goals in 12 matches is disappointing and few of those goals have been scored by forwards but the points keep coming.

At least if we go up with this squad, it's a clean slate squad and wages wise...................lots of room for lots of money to be spent

You're right Gem, so my cautious estimate is 32 points giving us 97 as you say.

Six wins and a couple of draws will likely be enough giving us 85 points, I don't see two of the pack getting that many points.

Seven wins and a couple of draws will be a guarantee.

I'm still taking it one game at a time...

However, the saving grace is that the weather and the pitches will get better, which in my opinion will benefit our foreign contingent.
