Most people seem relatively happy after our transfer window but I'm still unconvinced, looking at who we lost and who we got in.
We were always going to lose Sanchez, and Mkhitarian as an exchange was the best we could hope for. But also losing Theo, Coquelin and Giroud (that last one stings the most to me) and bringing in only Aubameyang, talented though he may be, leaves us a little light. Defensively we're still frail and I think we could have done with Manolas.
I don't mind selling to our rivals if the terms suit us but I think we've done too much of it in one window. And no matter how strong offensively we are now, I think the club has once again ignored the real problem - the defence.
Realistically I think we needed four players ideally, three minimum, especially a decent defender, but never mind. We are where we are, let's see where we go.
We needed more

We need to try Sead at DM. Can’t waste that talent on the bench.

Said it on the article above but we let too many players go. Coq and Giroud should have stayed.
Even players like Walcott who will probably score more goals for Everton than most in our team for the remainder of the season could have been persisted with especially now as we have resorted to a back 4

Giroud isn't a loss, Aubu and Laca are both upgrades
Losing Walcott and the Coq are worse because we're awful at DM and RW. That said both were hugely out of favour so wouldn't have played much if they'd stayed

You cannot solve all our problems in one window - especially not the January one.
Coquelin, Giroud, Walcott and Debuchy had about one start between them in the PL this season, we are out of the FA Cup and all signs suggest we will play stronger XIs in the Europa and the league cup final.

We ain't gonna be no better tbh not only did we need at least another defender but most of all we needed a new manager.
