I think Wenger has given a clue about how's he's planning on setting up when discussing mkhi's best position:
‘He has usually been a wide player and can absorb the role as a winger, playmaker but he can be a box-to-box player.’

Don't think he will play Elneny as a CB - and Xhaka is ever present so not so sure he will be dropped.

Xhaka is even worse when he’s the only deep midfielder. What’s Mhki like defensively? Seems sort of player that wouldn’t help cover the fall back

Yep. Said earlier a 4-1-3-2 would work best. Once we have a capable DM the team looks ok. Can’t believe Wenger didn’t address this in the last window. It’s literally a MASSIVE GAPING HOLE.

The front 5 looks fun but the idea of Xhaka on his own “protecting” that defence is a bit scary
