where are we going?

I just don't get all the negative criticism about whats wrong, I keep, looking at the squad and I don't see any weak areas. So some players have left, but they are the ones we have all been moaning about for months any way.
My only criticism would come from a feeling that DM never seems to know his best team and all Everton's best runs have come
a. when Artete was out (just check it out!!!)
b. when there was limited choice through injury
That said, the crop of youth coming through looks outstanding (look at Hallam Hope in the U17 world cup!) and I think if we can get through this season and keep hold of Fellaini we will have a bright future.
I hope Bill stays - what more can he do? You only have to run your own business or get involved in non-league football to see what a great job he/David have done. My criticism is with the rest of the board, they have the money but don't want to invest and i don't mean 100 million, just say 10 millio n - what a difference that would make!
It's so frustrating to see Liverpool spending big, but really, whats the point? Having spent 100mill'ish they will struggle to make 4th which is still a play off champions league place (3rd is the key place) their good young players will struggle to get into the team (but in fairness I think Kenny will be better than most)
Finally, is it so difficult to make some more money out of corporate? Most people with money to spend want...
A look round the stadium
A good meal (could be in Liverpool)
A few beers
A comfy seat - a cushion?!
Say hi to the players
Come on guys, just do something!

Because without investment we would start slipping further behind! Another £50m in January, maybe another £100m next year, will keep us in the mix.

You have to keep fighting! Sounds like the OP has given up.

Go on a Stadium Tour
Get married there.
Have a meal.
Have a drink.
Take your own cushion (£1 land sell inflatable ones)..
Shout louder, the players can hear you when they are warming up.
You can already do most of these. Stop moaning.

You jest about the cushions. A few years ago now I had the good fortune to go the San Siro to watch an Inter game while on a business trip. I maanged to get to my seat and saw all of the Inter fans carrying these things that looked like large sarnie boxes in club colours under their arms. When I went to sit down, the fans next to me unfolded these items and sat on them. They were cushions, the San Siro is an enormous concrete structure with hard plastic plates stuck to the concrete, and extremely cold in winter. Could be on to a winner at Goodison, just don't make them too big!!
