I watched 10 Cloverfield Lane which had the potential to be amazing (the trailers properly hooked me) but it turned out to be a massive let down.

You do wonder whether the film makers get to a point where they realise the story is a bit carp but then just crack on anyway.

Cloverfield was decent to be fair. I thought Cloverfield Lane was very good, great performances by the actors.

Seen this on Netflix last night and from what people say here it has very little to do with the main story.

Seems like folk are just looking to cash out on an audience wanting to know but are never told

I thought 10 Cloverfield lane was excellent!

A lot of deep questions there and a well acted plot!

I also liked Cloverfield and am looking forward to the next instalment

Now I have no interest in watching this film

Yeah this was so bad, could almost be classed as a comedy.

I enjoyed Cloverfield though at the time, and thought Cloverfield Lane was really good too although probably won't re-watch it.

Didnt help that it had the bloke from the IT crowd in it. Clearly cast as the comic relief character which was very unneccessary
