A match for the die Hard travelling fans as bolton make their way to South Wales and the Cardiff City stadium tonight a journey of 203.8 miles. Both teams game in hand and a lot at stake. A win and cardiff can go to within 1 point of villa in 2nd and a win for Bolton go 5 points above the relegation zone and up to 18th. Form wise Cardiff have won 2 and drawn 2 after losing 4 on the trot. Also have an ex wanderer in their line up. Can't quite think of his name. M something. Bolton form wise OK at home, but away won just the 1 game and lost 4 out of the last 5. Team news. The usual suspects out injured. Pratley, Darby, Buckley, noone and will brown. Be interesting to see if pp keeps the 3-5-2 which worked at Sheffield and been adopted since that striker what's his name left in January. Hopefully alf starts against his old club but good to be able to be pick 2 from 4 of alf, clough, ameobi and walker without weakening the team.

Enough of the doom and gloom can we get back on track working on the plan to have a plan for the next game.
Who's going to explain to the mad Prof P that dropping Wheater to the bench is not something you would expect to see in any plan only a mad man would do that hence his name.

Travel sickness pills and plenty of them for PP dope him up full of them it may stop another crazy road show experiment. Best start shovelling them down him now as preparation for this weekend's long journey.

Look guys, we win the next game and everything is OK.
Don't forget, glass half full.
Now if we were where we where a couple of months ago, you would have cause to be really worried.

The next two are big ones. We need to come out after them with something or we could well be back in the little boat heading up the smelly creek. QPR we have to show an improvement in our away form its so bad it could be the one thing that drags us into the mix, Sunderland at home is the one where we have a chance to put some daylight between us and them.
The Beano seem to think all our worries are over as 2nd on the love in list Captain Courageous Darren is moved up to number 1 and is coming back to save the day expect us to be one of those that rises the league clear of all relegation danger. That's the plan we are sorted nothing to see here now move along quietly.
We might not have a washing machine but we have new improved DAZ the best there's ever been.

When will brown is fit we will be back to 3 playing off him and Henry and dazzling Darren holding.

The Beano and the mad Prof P come out and echo yesterdays reminder that the away has to improve. Beevers says he's prepared to take a turn on a paddle getting out of the smelly brown creek.
Poor little Jem would be better hiding in the corner he's used to that he's off in the summer best not give them a chance to blame him if it goes wrong.
Somebody must have watched a war movie and keeps shouting "Shoot at Will" PP replied with "great idea" get him on the team sheet sharpish we need to fire everything at Will for 90 minutes week in week out we'll launch everything at Will Brown.

Psst seek and you shall find a way to watch the Wanderers away in that big place south of Birmingham where nobody has ever seen the Queen playing or feeding the ducks in her park.
Wrap it up for today we all need to rest the nerves and relax for the weekend before the big one on Tuesday night.

Changes for tomorrow ? I see a sign
No 1st team squad out on the pitch or on the bench this afternoon down at Tricky Trees. Why call it tricky trees when its clearly Forest we are up against.

U23's ended 0-0 down at Forest to remain sat at the top of the league.
Wouldn't it be nice to see the 1st team match that on the road. Text sent from Tricky Trees to PP " That's the way to do it"
