Any Barca fan looking back at their 2011 CL triumph will know that Arsenal over 2 legs were the biggest test they faced in the whole tournament

The point is though we have produced plenty of decent one legged performances atypical of the spurs one yesterday. Getting turned over during periods but then coming back into it and winning it drawing.

If you look back at our good one legged performnces they were all after the tie looked dead and buried already

It’s funny that I mentioned the 2-1 vs Barca in 2011 because I can’t think of any other tie since then where we went into the 2nd leg with a realistic chance of qualification

Nope. We've produced nothing of the sort in the last half-dozen years. That you had to moronically go back to 2010 to pick out what was nothing more than a crap performance of finishing from Barca as an example shows your desperation or ignorance.

And that is the wrong use of "strawman" argument Cos what you were describing I did wasn't a strawman. Use smaller words that witless clods can comprehend next time.

People call me a moron because I highlight that overall spurs put in a decent performance, weren’t humiliated and didn’t embarrass themselves.

They have made use (so far) of their CL campaign. Yes they could get fooked over at Wembley but I very much doubt they will.

Arsenal on the over hand would have been Trolloped on Tuesday. Juve would have smashed us so hard our players would be sore in the morning.

We might have them come back in the second leg with a half decent performance but if you want to use a game where we are pretty much out of the CL already then fine

We have been smashed in the first leg consistently this decade bar the first two years. The only reason we improve in the second leg is cause the other team know they are through

Teams are scared of facing spurs. They would be celebrating qualifying for the next round before even playing us
