For a Brazilian, last night's conditions would have been not only unfamiliar, but very uncomfortable. We could have seen a very different display from Lucas than the one we saw. In fact he looked completely at home on the snowy surface, was lively the whole time he was on the pitch, wanted the ball, always looking forward when he got it, used his trickery but was not flash, showed his pace to burn. Topped it off with two great assists. I realise he has only been tested vs League 1 opposition so far, but we'd love to see how he does vs a Prem team.
His comments to the Brazilian press afterwards were music to our ears. He sees this as his time to shine and he is focussed on winning trophies with us.
I for one want to see him in the starting line up this weekend. Huddersfield will park the bus, so we only need one holding MF not two, so Poch please play Lucas and Son as well as Eriksen, Kane in a 4-1-3-2
Lucas Moura - great attitude

You know Brazil is a pretty big country right?
It’s not all like Rio.

^ oh god they're back again. How long until they bring up Firminho and the rest of the thread is discussing their Brazilian player.

Yeah I’m sure some parts of Brazil are almost constantly buried under snow....because you know, it’s big.
Or I guess he might’ve lived up a mountain.

Funny you should mention that. Did you know that our Brazilian - fella called Firminho, lived up a mountain. Whilst we're on the subject...Firminho is better than Moura and here's why...

He’s been playing in Paris since 2013 so I’m sure he’s experienced cold and snow in that time

Good signing at 23 million in this market. Didn't realise he is still only 25, it feels like he's been around forever.
