Stephen Thompson has resigned as chairman and director with immediate effect, and is actively looking to sell his shares in the next few months.
Mike Martin is the new chairman.

A very positive step and a very necessary step for the club.
Big question marks over Martin though. He is closely associated with Thompson and will have a lot to do to win the fans over.
Nonetheless, a good day.
In other news, United v QOTS has been scheduled for this coming Tuesday, weather permitting.

Not entirely sure what this solves. Team is still playing terribly and the manager is looking clueless.
Spent a hell of a lot of money trying to get out of this division and nothing showing for it yet.

It’s like Craig Whyte passing the reigns to Charly Green all over again.
All we need now is a fat cat to take over the merchandise and Rangers fans might have a point about Karma

I would like to think it would be good news but owners are different from players or managers
No one really knows how good they will be until they are in place
You could have a billionaire in place and your club could still be erse raped
The grass is not always greener

Sounds like something I might’ve posted around March 2015
