Celtic are absolutely at it on this one.

If you call for tickets it take about 5minutes to tell you it's sold out...press option1, press option 2....if you want to buy semi-finl tickets press option 1....sorry they're sold out.

Rubbish customer experience as always. Couldnt run a ménage

It was season ticket holders who were registered on the home cup ticket scheme (who are supposed to get priority over standard season book holders....who won't be getting any tickets)

Though if you have signed up for all non season ticket games when buying your season ticket you get one whether you want it or not.
I am though hearing some didn't get them, probably due to many glory hunting corporate phan dans,

oh should add we were all notified by email so no phoning stuff.

what I meant was we were advised if we had a ticket by email.
Signed up at the start of the season for all non season ticket games.

Ive not known everyone not to get a ticket before this.
Hence suspect over use by corporate folk.
And by that I mean 1 or 2 games a season folk, not a season ticket guy in the padded seats, as if you pay that amount of money your ticket go to all the games then you SHOULD get one.

Celtic have always been rubbish at this kind of thing. One of the reasons I don't like Lawwell. He's had years to fix a few relatively straightforward things and failed miserably.

I know most celtic fans probably don't have a computer yet

so maybe that's why...

That said you can never keep everyone happy
Celtic have over 50K and Rangers over 40 k season books, add on folk who perhaps can only go to a dozen or so games so don't buy a season book and you have over 100k folk looking.

The system at Rangers is reasonable in that you take all tickets so you get to the big games.
