Media and Wenger

I don't know what it is with the media these days, but they really do seem to have it in for Arsene these days. Any chance they have to put him down, they grab it with both hands.

This article claims that Tony Adams believes Graham was a better coach. Well, for a start, we're all entitled to out own opinion. Graham was not a bad coach. Far from it. If he and Wenger could work together, I think it'd be fantastic. Let Graham do all the defensive work, and let Wenger do the rest...but I digress.

Tony Adams saying that he thinks Graham is a better coach does not mean he's saying Wenger is a bad coach. but then, I suppose that view wouldn't have the sensationalism the papers want.

Adams says "“Good back four, everyone behind the ball, good at set plays, very George Graham. No disrespect to Arsene, but George’s coaching ability, defensive structure and technical ability, for me, is far better."

What he says, added to the fact that defenders will receive different coaching to the midfield etc, would say to me that Adams believes that Graham is a better defensive coach than Wenger....

...anyone who'd care to disagree?
