Impact Roman and ultimately negatively impact Chelsea?
I still have the belief the Tories are deliberately trying to get us to focus on this thing with Russia whilst they sneak in some cuts or unpopular policies through without us noticing too much
But say the Tories do actually start freezing assets? How badly would this impact Chelsea?
From here it appears that we're now living within our means, so i'd say all it would mean is we won't get anywhere near the transfer window we're hoping for this Summer. As it would not be possible.

Word on the street is that the real owner of Chelsea is Putin, and Putin does not like loosing. He also does not take any prisoners, take care Roman!

I wouldn't worry to much, the Tories will do absolutely nothing if it means money, however dodgy, will leave Britain. They worship money, and don't care how it comes into the country.
It's all bluster to try to bolster voter support. To save getting completely wiped out at the forthcoming local elections.
Amusing after slagging of the EU for months, she is now rushing over to Europe to try to garner support. Hypocrytical bastuaards.

There's no theat to RA or any other Russian in this counrty. Sandy has hit the nail on the head with this one. With all the fake news garned by this government it would'nt suprise me if the poisoning was sanctioned by the UK government.
