More scandal as Vidal is found guilty by the EFL of breaking the Dormant Article Directive (DAD).
It couldn't have come at a worse time. With Club airing its dirty washing in public now one of the most forthright forums, the one the players read to get the real feel what the fans think, is mired in controversy.
For some reason it won't let me post the link but a brief precis of the EFL report is as follows:
"The report finds in favour of Marco in that the article "Maracas" which was little more that a link to an expose by The Guardian into Forest's owner, was posted first and takes precedence.
Lastapostleofvidal's "Oh Dear" article is almost identical though was posted on the Forest board.
The enquiry found that Vidal, being a long standing member of JA606 and a former PoTY, would have been acutely aware that Forest posters view the Derby board before their own and would have known Marco's article would have been read, by the said Forest posters. Therefore he would also have known that the subsequent posting on the Forest board was unnecessary.
Furthermore the original article was being commented on during the time Vidal was composing and posting his "Oh Dear" effort on the Forest board.
This is evidence that Marco's article was not in a dormant state at the time of the offence occurring.
The enquiry considers contravention of the DAD a very serious matter and has handed down a 3 article deduction suspended for 6 months."
A 3 article deduction. WOW tough stuff from the EFL.

What is it about Derby’s road system that a lorry going on it’s side on one roundabout brings the entire city to a standstill?
Anyway I share Marco’s disgust at the leniency of the sentence and concur with others that an apology would go along way to balancing the chacras on this board.
But we live in times where to show morality is a sign of weakness so I doubt Vidal has enough about him squeeze out a “sorry Marco”

Assuming that we have all been good and well behaved; and that View doesn't have a case of Education Lassitude; then I would hope that a Match Thread will be trundling along shortly

Suspended sentence, pathetic really. Its quite clear by your running off at the lip that you have no respect for the enquiry or it’s findings.
I’d have thrown the book at you. 5 article deduction, zero sarcasm tolerance and a full and frank apology before you get to post another word.
