Seems like he more than likely won't feature, but what this basically says is he'll definitely be back for Stoke. Great news.
If he is back for Chelsea, it means he'd have only missed one game - Swansea in the Cup.

Kane in Contention for Chelsea?

definitely should not be considered even for bench re Chelsea, another week will not matter

Have to play the long game. Obviously we could have hid him from any training pics to help create the idea that he’s not fit - if that is the case - but I don’t see the point in some sort of mind games. If he’s not been training since Tuesday or so then he’s not fit as far as I’m concerned.
Still plenty of games to come, this isn’t a cup final.

Kane should stay off the pitch until he is really fit and strong.
I think he needs another month.
No more re-injuries! Especially with the WC coming up.

Don't think an extended break will help that. General consensus with his injury is that it will be weaker no matter how much rest he has. Something to do with the regeneration of ligaments being weaker. Bones become stronger when they regrow. Not the same for ligaments it seems.
He could have 6 months off and he'd still be at the same risk of doing it again next season.

By yesteryear I'm assuming you mean the original bbc 606 members? The only one I really remember was ValenciaYid who had a load of inside info. Don't hear from him much these days.

When I ruptured my achilles tendon the surgeon told me it would be as strong if not stronger but it takes a lot of time as tendons don't have much in terms of blood supply. Same as ligaments more or less. While Harry's is a strain, time is still key. Not a cup final, Sonny is on fire, rest Harry.

Could be that Poch is merely messing with Chelsea and their game strategy preparation?
