Ridding the renegades

Sideshow made an excellent comment late on an earlier thread:-
"You wouldn’t want to keep a player who didn’t want to stay at your club, so I don’t see why it’s any different with a manager." This was said in relation to Costa who so many were happy to "see the back of".
Most of us agree yes? So is there anyone out there who feels Conte can still do the job next season? And even if he has a winner's credentials, and sufficient passion as well, enough anyway to pisz off Jose...would we all rather see the back of him too? Do we forget all the good moments with our brilliant coach, and see him off as a traitor because as the media tells us he wants Roman to sack him for the extra dosh.

Needs a whole new midfield next term...we are carrying too many past it and perpetually injured players

Enough to pee off Jose?

Part of the problem right there. You lot can't let go. He's your best manager of all time and you talk about him like he's a villain. That kind of sums up your club in a nutshell. Can't think of a single other club who talks about their greatest manager ever like you guys do.

Then again you sent Peter Kenyon up to represent your club in Moscow and we sent Sir Bobby Charlton. That again emphasizes the gulf in class.

Conte I feel is beginning to mellow towards Jose as he's probably realised too that your entire club is a total shambles. You'd sack Pep too the second things looked average. It's what you do.

You also think Marcos Alonso is our best player and wanted Jose to stay 15/16

Most Utd fans don't want him either

Mourinho coming back would not be a progressive step. I'm grateful for what he did during his 2 terms, but It's a relief that he's gone now and I for one wouldn't want to go there again.
