Fast running out of superlatives for this season, but enough about the Match threads let’s give the players some credit. They have been magnificent all season, but with Neves and Doc suspended we bring in the likes of Vinegar boy and N’daiye.....not to shabby in my opinion

One match ban enabled
Championship leaders Wolves are without full-back Ruben Neves and full-back Matt Doherty, who are both suspended for the visit of Hull.
Both were sent off in Friday's game at Middlesbrough, which Wolves won 2-1 despite playing the final 20 minutes with nine men.
Hull defender Angus MacDonald is a doubt for the trip to Molineux.
The former Barnsley centre-back limped off during the second half of Saturday's 0-0 draw with Aston Villa.
Match facts
Wolves haven't completed a league double over the Tigers since the 2005/06 season.
Hull have won just one of their last seven league trips to Molineux (D3 L3), a 1-0 victory in September 2007 courtesy of a Dean Windass penalty.
Wolves have lost none of their nine matches this season played on Tuesday (W6 D3) in all competitions.
Nigel Adkins has taken charge of eight Championship matches against sides starting the day top and is yet to win any of them (D3 L5).
Fraizer Campbell has had a hand in five goals in four league starts against Wolves (three goals, two assists).
Benik Afobe has scored three goals in his last two home league games for Wolves - he's never scored in three in a row for them at Molineux.

Yes that team of the year was a bit of a jaw dropper, Ruddy's got that based on stats I guess. Adomah ahead of Cav? Vydra ahead of Jota and Zohore?
And no Cardiff players at all?
Think I read that no loan payers are allowed so may explain a few ommissions.
Have to say Warnock deserves the manager award, no idea what he does, he doesn't come across to me as the most inspiring of characters, but whatever it is it works.

I have dealings through work with a manager of a large organisation in Wolverhampton. He comes across to people who deal with his business as arrogant, brash, unpleasant and its difficult to find anyone with a good word to say about him.
But he is successful and the people who work for him say he is the most supportive and loyal manager they have ever worked for.
Maybe he comes from the same stock as Warnock

To be fair, Vydra is the top goalscorer in the Championship. You can consider yourself pretty unlucky as a forward to not be in the team of the year if you are top goalscorer.

Highlights of the evening, half time mascot race, wolfie breezed it naturally, mind you his mrs, Wendy, was chasing him so... some big yellow thing took out one of the others and the Nandos chickens head came off. Quality.
Then there was the ball boy who shoved the Hull coach or of the way to get the ball back whilst they were time wasting. Flicked the V at him too. Top lad. Got sent off though.

The ball boy was sacked for his antics but an online petition for his reinstatement has been raised and secured 500 signatories within an hour

Interested to read that Aston Villa, who have written to the football league to ask them to look into Wolves relationship with Mendes, have spent more money on Agents Fees than any club in the Championship this season

we're probably not paying Mendes enough either

Would revert to the boro line up for Cardiff I think and leave one of Costa, Cav and Jota on the bench as a danger man to bring on.

Would have had Neil Harris ahead of Warnock especially if he gets Millwall into the play offs but my dislike of Warnock is probably clouding my judgement.
They should do all this nonsense at the end of the season anyway.

Apology from Dave Edwards. Taking responsibility for Reading losing their game last night. Quite gallant.

Notice that Reading have Fulham for Dave's return, hope he and they do better than they did against Villa.
