To become our manager? Not any better coaches for defence and midfield. Nobody will not give 100% under them. Bring back all the loanees and just start with a clean slate giving opportunity on merit and not price tag. Any other good reasons to bring them as managers?

Well German teams gave their management to under 30 managers. Why can't jt and lamps can't do it

They’ve got years of experience managing Chelsea as well.

not as daft as it seems though....JT will want to get into management at some stage....do his badges, if he isnt already...he's born winner & leader, and with Lamps in tow they could be a dream team
will need to prove themselves at lower level though

A couple of things that might be a problem with this idea:
- First, both of these players played alongside some of these current underperformers. Not easy to be tough on your old friends maybe?
- Secondly, being an outstanding player does not always translate into being an outstanding Manager.
