Fingers crossed. I'm not completely against the idea of a DoF but Orta's recruitment isn't working out well.

I would guess the Pablo contract is coming down to years. With a new kid on the way, he'll want a bit of security to know that he'll be in one place for at least the next couple or maybe 3 years. Leeds will be hesitant to offer a 33 year old a long deal and might have been trying for a similar one to before - one year with option to extend. Hopefully we just give him what he wants as I'd prefer 33 year old Pablo Hernandnez on a 2 or 3 year deal than any of the other younger players who've been given lengthy deals.

I obviously want Orta to go but the likelihood is that AR will stick with this model and we end up with someone similar.

He problem is that there appears to be no regard to the coach. Very little relationship. The DOF does as he wishes and the coach has to get on with it. Crazy set up for me.

Pablo's demands probably included decent signings, proper full backs and a competent manager.

I think AR needs someone in place to run things when he's away, and I'd think with him that's more often than Cellino and why he has the giggly brothers where they are!..

Cant see any manger or coach, whatever, being allowed to run anything outside off the playing staff, odd as it might be but that seems to be more than they're allowed to at Leeds now, hopefully AR has seen the way things are and does right next time out!..

So Shaun M - Pablo is probably on his way then!

Maximum I would give Pablo is a 2 year deal with the option to a third if WE wanted.
