If Arsenal fail to make it into Europe...

If Arsenal fail to make it into Europe next season, how bad will it be for them?

Could it actually be good thing and they can focus on trying to get back up the table?

Or could it mean Arsene leaving in the summer?

Arsenal are already down in 6th, just two points ahead of Burnley. All their hopes are pinned on the Europa League. Currently, Burnley are on a winning run of 5 league games whilst Arsenal haven't won away in the league in 2018.

If Southampton miraculously win the FA Cup and Burnley pip Arsenal to 6th spot in the league, there will be no European football at the Emirates next season.

Every team has a chance at this stage of the competition. Sometimes the teams that don't have anything else to lose are the ones to fear most, in which case Chelsea might be the most dangerous.

If southampton play anything like they did against utd in last years league cup final, they have a great chance. Deserved to win the cup final massively. Should not be underestimated despite a terrible season.

So them losing a cup final when they were a far better side than now is evidence they can win the FA Cup in awful form against better sides than the United one they lost to last season?

maybe great chance is pushing it, but chelsea are crap, wigan and portsmouth have won cups in recent-ish years and anything can happen. Not saying it will. Glamour of the cup and all that jazz.

Is their team not much the same as last year? I mean VVD didn't play.
