7th biggest spenders in the division.
Only 4th favourites because he got them in the play-offs last season.
There’s no way they should be in the top 4.

Fulham's Slavisa Jokanovic.
Don't know if 49 is young enough, but he's been around. He's managed in leagues as diverse as Israel and Bulgaria, winning titles in Serbia, Thailand, and only missed out on winning the Championship with Watford on the final day.
He's also had a few failures in his time.
His current charges, Fulham, are playing some scintillating football at the moment on their way to possible direct promotion.

You're basically describing a Serbian Roy Hodgson.

Sarri at Napoli, Di Francesco at Roma, fonseca at Shaktar and Jardim at Monaco are the four i think could step into a big big job and be a success.
The likes of Nagelssman and even Dyche are doing well and building reputations but I’m not 100% sure they would be a success just yet.

How about Sarri starts being a success at Napoli first.
He's not won anything.

They've bought in 3 players on loan that either are or will be prem players. They spent 11 million on new strikers in the summer and have players like sessegnon and Cairney who are courted by prem clubs. They were also fourth favourite to win the league this season.

The same Tom Cairney that can't get in the Scotland team ahead of Barry Bannan

Against that Juve side not surprised he hasn’t won the league, even then he’s pushed them last two seasons and it’s not over yet this season. A few points off but Juve have a very hard fixture list. Trophies being the be all and end all really dissuades from just looking at a situation and establishing your own nuanced opinion on the manager and team, it doesn’t mean Sarri hasn’t done a good job, while playing exceptional football

Exactly. With the money Napoli have spent in comparison to Juve, Inter and Milan and the size and drawing power of Juve Sarri has done an excellent job.
And they may yet win the Serie A.
