What areas would everyone like to strengthen and any players you guys would like to see us sign realistically..
I think Keita will be a great addition to our midfield adding grit, driving presence and a fairly good passings and shooting range..
I wouldn’t mind adding one more in the middle to give us some depth also with Milner getting older.. Off the top of my head no stand out player comes to mind to be honest..
I think another centre half would be good as we don’t hAve much depth in that department.. I see there is a bit of a stand off between Spurs and toby alderweireld I know he is 29 but would love us to try get him in..
I think Klopp will stick with Karius but the goalkeeper debate is open I actually think he’s proved himself and with his age will get better..
I wouldn’t mind another more attaching player to rotate with the magic three as one or two injury’s and their is a real lack of back up class I have seen links with Thomas Lemar who’s adaptable and a very ambitions link with Paulo Dybala (perhaps unacheivable)..
Would like to see a summer where we add quality over quantity and that’s the way I expect it to go..
What does everyone else think?
Going into next season..

GK: dreaming of Alisson but difficult and could get Butland.
CB: both Matip and Lovren are injury prone. So we may need another one.
Midfielder: Keita coming. We need Alonso type of player to take us to the next level in place of Henderson. Jorginho would be fantastic.
Striker: I think Origi will be sold. He's had average season in Germany. Solanke needs more time. Ings should be 3rd choice striker. Should go for Timo Werner.

We just need to add a little more squad depth, plus a top quality GK.
Alisson, Jorginho and Pulisic would be a dream. Plus Neves from Wolves as a gamble.

A DM is a priority. If a top top class CB is available that won't break the bank then great but I have confidence in Gomez. I actually think he would make a great number 6 in the future when he gains more experience etc. His passing is so good.
For me I would loan out Solanke. He will come good I think but he needs a full run of games. Get him in a mid to low Championship/PL team so he gets picked every week. Would love him to go to Huddersfield. Wagner would coach him well. Like Harry Wilson at Hull comes back to the club full of confidence and has learnt his craft more.
With that in mind Rhian Brewester gets a chance. As 4th choice, see what he can do. Hopefully he kicks on like Trent has this season.
I like Danny Ings but I think he needs to move on to further his career. He just won't get game time. Also I think many teams would be interested in him. Could get a nice transfer fee. Also sell Sturridge more for salary space.
With that in mind I would bring in a striker and wide forward. So if we get an injury to one or two of our front 3 we have quality coming in. As right now it's not ideal. Two players I would love us to buy but will never happen for obvious reasons etc. I think Klopp would coach them into that upper bracket of world class players they are Marco Asensio (he could also take over Coutinho position against teams that park the bus) and Marcus Rashford. Although as stated it will never happen.
I would also take Vardy as backup. It will be his last chance to play for a team in CL. He has experience winning the league and always scores against the big clubs. He always works hard for the team. Problem is age and Leicester will want too much I'm sure.
In the end I trust Jurgen on whoever he wants. The amount of players he has chosen and worked with at Liverpool and made them into fantastic players is unreal.
He could probably pick a random person off the street and coach them to play better in a team then Pogba. 🤣😂

Here's my prediction.
Within 2 years people will be saying how good Karius is.

its still very simple.
competition and quality
all we need do is look where players are playing all the time and see gaps.
Front 3 there is no adequate cover. the players have all played a lot of games and we've been lucky with injuries this year. That cannot keep going. lost coutinho, solanke not ready, origi poor on loan, sturrdige gone, ings nice lad
midifled has 6 players but no no 6 competition for henderson. that must change (grujic?)
Defence: do we have 4 CBs good enough now?
LB: is moreno the option.
GK: replace mingolet.
IMO every position needs competition. Whether thats 2 players for every position or not. injuries happen. We had 2 fit cbs recently in CL QF. we got through cos we had 4 CBs after buying in jan.
Quality then: we need a quality first 11 and we need at least one option in every line of equal quality for injuries.
We are no city, we can't pay the wages to keep 23 players of equal quality happy. we can offer enough games in rotation to keep 16 or so really quality players happy and the rest can be a range of abilities
e.g.
mingolet, ward karius. 2 un happy right now.
Robertson v moreno. competiing and pushing each other. is the quality right?
Midfield
Can v henderson. won't be there next season
Windy, lallana, ox, kieta, milner for 2 slots. firece competition.
Firmino v ings. no contest
Salah, covered at best by ox. Maybe wilson next year.
Mane. no cover bar switching someone in.
Whi is pushing our front 3 for thier place? nobody. we can say thats fine til one gets a 3 month injury and then we are toast.

I heard we going for Dani Ceballos of Real Madrid, as well as the arrival of Keita. Plus a right back ( not sure who ).

I find the RB one odd. I mean understand that we probably see Trent in midfield and he'll be awesome on the right of our midfield 3 BUT do we really wanna scupper his gametime & development so soon after he's showing real signs of progression
Or maybe we want nothing to do piped up Clyne?
