The longer you don't go up the quality of the player goes down......same for every club

Really? So you got promoted with a worse squad than the one you came down with? And how do you explain the likes of Huddersfield who got promoted with a fraction of the income we'll be getting for the next 3 years?!

I can't see us 'doing a Sunderland'.

Sunderland finished their Premier League season in disarray. We're finishing ours on a high. They had no financial backing, we've got a multi billionaire. They were relegated because they had a poor squad. Our squad should've been good enough to keep us up but Pulis and Pardew have been woeful. They will be going down to League 1 with players who are still on 70k a week, all our players will have their wages halved in the summer.

All in all there's very little comparison with Sunderland. But thanks for the amateurish wind up.

There was no wind up at all in my post just an honest opinion. You really are paranoid when it comes to comments about your beloved club aren't you.
You really should try to get over yourself and face the facts, your team is rubbish, your club is poorly run, you have no manager and a board of directors who have no idea how to recognise a top class manager.
You are going down to the championship and if things don't change you will bomb in that league like we did and like Sunderland have.
But you keep clinging on to your thoughts of Championship domination next season, I wish you well but my considered advice is hope for the best and expect the worst.

Even then it's to late, you will lose any good players you have by the second or third season.

No, you are quite right, your team are fantastic. Those two results completely overshadow the fact that you drew with Swansea, lost to Burnley, lost to Bournemouth, got hammered by Leicester, lost to Huddersfield, lost to Southampton, lost to Chelsea, lost to Southampton (again) and lost to Man City.
And that's just in the last 6 weeks!

Are you familiar with the concept of a good group of players doing badly because their manager isn't any good? It's really not that hard to get your head round if you've got half a brain.
