So Rangers are pursuing a Liverpool legend, liverpool club captain, European Cup Winner who was a clear winner on the park and one of the best players of his generation who clearly has ambitions to be a success in the dug out.
Gerrard is obviously looking to chose his first position carefully after knocking back some good coin to go to the MK Dons.
I can only imagine if (and it's still a big if) he comes he will have the guarantee of a reasonable sum of money.
Will be interesting if Rangers can land the man possibly the highest profile Footballer to enter the Scottish Game since well Souness!
I Still prefer Paul Scholes on the park though!

I've never seen Scholes drag a team to Champions League win.
Scholes was a great part of a very effective machine, Gerrard was the machine.
