I don’t believe the majority of that squad are as bad as they’re playing. Bottle, heart or tactics: something is wrong before they even step out the tunnel.
Is that forgivable or salvageable? Who knows.

When the side were on a run they were excellent moved the ball well created chances from all over the park, there is definitely a mentality issue with the team and that is really up to the manager to reinforce.

The mentality issues has been there since Warburton, when Rangers concede a goal they seem to go missing for a long periods.

I actually believe that if Rangers had players that specialise in disrupting / breaking up play and winning ball back then we'd be far better. Our biggest downfall is besides the mentality being weak that our defence is fragile and has no protection.

Halliday, Bruno Alves, Kenny Miller, O'halloran, Hodson, Dalcio, Pena and Herrera are really the only ones I am desperate to shift. Everyone else I can just about handle staying on and hopefully being less shiite.

Killie added no-one just a decent manager with a gameplan and turned them around?

So imagine a manager with a gameplan and 4/5 decent signings.... aye it'd make no difference at all would it?

Never said anything about it exciting me, just pointing out that small changes in personnel can have dramatic outcomes.

The biggest change we need is the right manager.

Look at the turn around in fortunes Celtic had when they brought in Martin O'Neil, Neil Lennon and Brendan. All 3 managed to get more out of an under performing squad and with the addition of a few key personnel.

To a lesser extent, Warburton got more out of guys like Barry McKay and Lee Wallace when he came in and got them playing a different style ( whilst in the championship that worked I would like to add).
