I remember reading that Sterling is the fourth highest goalscorer in the league and joint second in terms of goals and assists.

Gary Neville didn't hesitate last night when he named Sterling his most improved player.

I haven't seen any criticism of him, on a football basis, that wasn't justified.

I've heard plenty of praise for him on his all round play this season.

He does need to improve on his finishing and pointing that out isn't giving him stick.

Where it gets stupid is when he gets critiqued in the press for stuff that happens in his personal life.
