The ref was awful! On our part! Was never a pen in the first leg, was never a pen yesterday, Mane SHOULD have had a pen yesterday, and Trents handball..how was he meant to get out of the way of that?
Absolute cretin if you think Roma were robbed tbh. Bitter much?? Hahaha. The Roma president calling for VAR? What..so they would have got smashed even more by us?? What a clown.

Ref was bad for both teams in 2nd leg but only bad for Liverpool in1st leg. Roma just sore losers. They got two joke penalties in both games and still complaining.
On merit of play. Liverpool gone 5-0 up and should have been 7-0 before taken off best players in last 15 mins and eased up after which Roma woke up. 2nd leg was very similar. 1st half Liverpool leading and could have had more goals. 2nd half they were better and needed to. Liverpool totally deserved it.

Thought we got lucky on some occasions but over the two legs i think Roma had more luck then we did. VAR would have seen them lose by a bigger margin felt the scoreline flattered them.
Think we've been woefully hard done to more in the league though this season though.
Don't think anyone who watched our games can say we didnt deserve to go through EVEN if they do think we were lucky and ignoring the countless things that went against us.

We would have still won with VAR. 5-1 in the first leg, and possibly 5-2 in the second (two other penalties given to Roma, minus the one they actually got).

I think Roma got a bit emotional and thought they could repeat What they did to Barcelona. No one would have tallked about the officials if we didn't go to sleep in the last minutes of each game.
