Kebab nailed it above.Yes lack of pace and quality the main factor but 'effort' is more than running around and closing down for 99 minutes. Taking responsibility for receiving the ball,movement off the ball to give options. Basically what successful teams do but we just will not do.

Players looking like they dont give a monkeys, but in reality they havent got the brains to be effective off the ball, the brains to deliver the ball to said player in dangerous area. All this gives the illusion of players not caring.

Add to that our lack of pace, and there you go, an outfit that is extremely underwhelming on a football pitch.

Lack of pace and a team full of midgets (no offence to anyone with height issues!) means we're vulnerable when teams run at us, or cross a ball.

I've also seen opposition go through our midfield with utter ease, far too many times. There's been some, to be polite, lightweight challenges on opposition.

I'd still not boo though - never see how it improves anything.

Booing is something you did as a child at the pantomime.

Ok I get the pantomime bit but believe most of us left school quite a while ago.

Lubo - this getting to be a habit but can't argue with you, never booed a player in an LUFC shirt in my life , not going to start now.
