One Job..

He's a bit strange is Jose. Whatever happens between now and the end of his career he's going to be remembered as a true great due to the impressive trophy haul..... however he's very weird at times and says some rather ridiculous things it can't be denied. Not all are serious for sure and probably used as tactics but he can't always be playing a mental game either. Strange man.

Just doesn't suit the club's ethos.

This is not the first time Jose has come out and blamed a defeat on the player's lack of motivation.

I don't buy it.

It's World Cup year, there is a cup final coming up and many of the player's places are not secure for the first XI or the national team. Some players may also be seeking to impress potential suitors. Add in the natural competitiveness/desire of anyone I've known who has played the game, never mind those who have got to the elite level.

I didn't see a team of players who weren't a*sed. I saw a group of players sent out with no evidence of structure or tactics drilled into them. It looked like one of those charity all star games with blokes just into retirement, you know there is quality there and you get to see occasional brilliance but there is no design to the team, just an XI thrown together and hopeful intentions. After two years in the job that is nothing short of shameful.

Jose has got the club back where it belongs !!
